So I guess its about time I post a photo which includes the iconic stencil graphic of Che Guevara. Unsurprisingly his image is everywhere in Cuba, on buildings, billboards, tattoos, shirts, hats, pins, currency, postcards etc. I really want to play a drinking game where you take a shot of rum every time you see his image, but you would be on your arse before lunchtime for sure.
We took a huge walk today to revolution plaza and had another day of “in true cuban style”. The museum and tower at revolution plaza were mysteriously closed after we walked the two hours to get there. The Havana club museum was also closed before the advertised time, and a third museum we went to visit was closed again. Cuba can be pretty frustrating most of the time, but luckily we have a bit of time in this city to try and catch them another day.
