I returned to London today. My friend Jess and I got up at ridiculous o’clock to get the bus from Leeds to London. Then I though I should probably go and see Big ol Ben and the surrounding sites as they are close to my hostel. They were pretty cool, but not mind meltingly great.
Afterwards I went to the Maritime Museum which was pretty cool, but came out a little disappointed because I was expecting to see Captain William Coombs’s navy uniform on display (my great great uncle). However after some asking around it seems that his uniform isn’t on display but in storage at the museum. I was really hoping to get a photo of it 🙁
Ohh well, off to find some live music!
