Today Fraser and I did a day trip to nearby Sintra with a few girls I met on the walking tour of Lisbon. Sintra has a mountain covered in Castles and palaces, and after hiking all the way up (while attempting to hitchhike without luck) and exploring the moorish castle I can probably say that I will never need to see another castle again. As far as castles go, I really cant imagine they could get any more epic than this! I highly recommend a visit to anyone staying in Lisbon (only 35 min by metro).
I chose this photo because if you look closely Fraser here is actually using a canon disposable point and shoot camera. Yes, the yellow old school film kind you used to buy back in the 90’s! I didn’t even think they made them anymore. The winding sound brings back so many memories. haha.
