This is the view of Pécs from atop the TV Tower on the hill overlooking the city. The TV Tower is a massive 176 meter high tower that was built in the 70’s and is now open as a lookout point and restaurant. To get there requires a car or a 90+ min hike from the city centre. My hike took the + because I kept getting distracted by Woodpeckers in the forrest! I had no idea that there were woodpeckers in Hungary, I have always wanted to see one and now I have.
