El Brujo. This is an ancient monument of the Moche culture and also a temple believed to be used for human sacrifices. This temple is similar to the “sun and moon” Temple we visited on Day 258, in that it has 6 or 7 different layers from different time periods. This one has also been cut away to reveal some of the different layers and paintings from the ancient temples. Inside this temple however the Archaeologists found the mummy of a female ruler which was a first for the ancient Peruvian societies. Also here we have yet some more predictions of the rise of 8-bit Videogames.
