Today we organised our bus out of La Paz for tomorrow night and then went to check out the front gates of the infamous San Pedro Prison. Surprisingly there is a really nice plaza right in front of the prison where you can sit and watch the families come and go, as well as watch prisoners climb onto the roof to throw suspicious packages onto the street below.
Afterwards we wandered the huge fruit and meat markets and went to some different lookout points around the city. We also stopped in the main plaza to watch thousands of these disgusting flying rats climb all over tourists and watch this guy eat some ice cream.
