At Super Bock Super Rock the beer (and wifi) comes to you! I couldn’t get over how amazing this was, it is the best thing since sliced bread. There is nothing worse than loosing your spot at a music festival because you need a refill. These dudes carry around kegs and wifi hotspots through the crowds of festival goers, even venturing into the mosh pits. They are easy to spot because they have a small flag sticking up, BEST IDEA EVER!!!!
the beer is exactly the same price as at the bar too, if this were allowed to happen at music festivals in Australia then I can imagine you would pay twice the amount for the convenience. This festival has a few little things that try and make everything more convenient for the festival go-er. Another example is a free cooling bar. If you bring a slab (or 12) of Super Bock with you, you can exchange your warm cans for ice cold ones at a special cooler bar. Genius.
Its awesome things like this that make me dislike most Aussie Festivals these days, that and the large amount of douche-bags that tend to congregate. Super Bock Super Rock was thankfully douche free and everyone there was there for the music, not just to say they went to the festival and got messed up.
