The final day of Super Bock Super Rock also happens to be my Birthday! I am not sure how or when I took this photo, but it sums things up nicely I think haha.
BRMC and Tomahawk were amazing yesterday, but tonight QOTSA were spectacular. I haven’t been in a mosh pit that big since I was about 18 I think. I have some great memories from the QOTSA set including almost being beaten up by some portuguese guys and gals for tearing down their shitty sign blocking everyones view. Getting pranked right in the middle of the pit by an elobarate hilarious ruse. Bumping into everyone I had met including our Couchsurfing friend Alex who we organised to meet, and almost being pulled into the biggest skank pit I had ever seen for the bridge of “feel good hit of the summer”. Good times indeed, Happy Birthday to me.
