This is Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia. Today Abhi and I finally went to check it out. I had some friends pull out at the last minute which was a bit of a bummer and meant we had to scalp off some pre purchased tickets. The British couple who I sold them to were extremely grateful that they did not have to wait in the MASSIVE line.
The outside of the Sagrada Familia is still under construction until 2025 so isn’t all that appealing unfortunately. We also climbed one of the towers, but again I thought the tower was a little disappointing as the views mostly consisted of views blocked by scaffolding. However the inside was pretty spectacular as you can see, just one photo couldn’t do it justice 🙂
Afterwards we set out to explore Gaudi’s Parc Guell and then tried to find a 3rd nearby Gaudi building but somehow ended up going the complete wrong direction before giving up and heading back to the hostel for a siesta. Abhi is heading back to Singapore tomorrow, so I guess we had better go out drinking all night… again. Man life is hard sometimes.
