Ahh, finally couch surfing in Nis after some frustrating months of constantly denied requests. Im staying with Darko who is a Serbian Film maker.
Today we went and checked out the Skull tower which is a tower made of skulls if you didn’t already guess. Over the years people have been stealing the skulls and burying them because they believe it is a family member, or just stealing them and keeping them as ornaments or ashtrays.
After chilling in the Park we went and checked out Darko’s film set for a short film he is working on and then spent the afternoon chopping wood. Yes, chopping wood like manly men. Tomorrow we are going to take some photos on the set, and then I am getting the bus to Sofia for the night before getting the Overnight train to Istanbul.
